		<description>Pete, I kinda think it may be just you - I'd definatly say that if you rate the the 2 COTS canidates, plus these 2, I'd say, that while Planetspace is at the bottom of the four, it definatly has something.  They've got serious discussions going on in Ohio, and it from the sounds of it, the Cape Brenton deal is quite far along.  

That said, there a question about hardware development, and that makes mere a little nervous, but one could easily argue that much of the Hardware for TSpace hasn't been developed a whole lot either</description>
